SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free in Finland and rest of the world. 

The shipping times are only estimates, and are dependent on the shipping location. Shipping times are counted from they day your order has been processed. I cannot guarantee delivery within the estimate time, and I am not responsible for any delays. I aim to process your order within the next working day, but during busy times this might take longer. Working days do not include the weekends (Sat and Sun) or any national holidays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order either for a refund or an exchange. All returned items must be unused in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. 

Before you return your items please send me email idasstil.pihlflyckt@gmail.com and I will tell you info how to return your order.
